This Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for qwelto digital products, subscriptions, and AI-assisted brand identity services.
2. Free access
qwelto may offer free features so users can explore the product before purchasing a paid plan or digital export.
3. Subscriptions
You may cancel a subscription to stop future renewals. Cancellation does not automatically refund previous charges unless required by law or approved under this policy.
4. Digital products and exports
Because qwelto provides digital software access and downloadable/generated assets, completed purchases are generally non-refundable once access has been delivered or files have been generated or downloaded.
5. Refund requests we may approve
We may approve a refund when there is a duplicate charge, a clear billing error, a technical issue that prevents access to paid features and cannot be resolved, or another situation required by applicable consumer protection law.
6. Refund requests we may decline
We may decline refund requests based only on preference changes, dissatisfaction with subjective design direction after successful delivery, failure to cancel before renewal, or misuse of the service.
7. How to request a refund

8. Processing time
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing times depend on the payment provider, bank, and card network.
